The LACCD Bond Program Monitor (BPM) maintains a Whistleblower Hotline for reporting of allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse related to the Bond Program. We encourage contractors, consultants, employees and the public to speak up about any issues related to the BuildLACCD Program without fear of reprisal. The LACCD Whistleblower Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. maintain confidentiality.
